Any additions desired by Member Clubs of the Council can be added to the agendas by e-mailing the desired
addition (or any other comments) by clicking on the link below. Agendas and Minutes are prepared by the
Council Secretary and will be available one week prior to Council Meetings. Any other information outside of
these parameters will be published on the Announcements Page of this WEB SITE. The Council By-Laws are
also available in .pdf format by clicking on the By-Laws button below.
